Qualifications

Our client, a well-established chain of community pharmacies known for its patient-centered approach, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Farmacéutico Responsable de Farmacia Comunitaria to manage one of their key locations in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This position requires a blend of pharmaceutical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards, manage inventory, and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants. Key Responsibilities

Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and controlling stock levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy practice, including prescription drug laws and controlled substance regulations. Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and other support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide health and wellness services, such as immunizations, blood pressure monitoring, and basic health screenings. Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase pharmacy sales. Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers in the local community. Stay current with pharmaceutical knowledge, new drug therapies, and industry trends.

Requirements

Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, with a valid professional license and registration in Mexico. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a community pharmacy setting. Proven experience in inventory management, prescription dispensing, and patient counseling. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic alternatives, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer skills. A patient-focused attitude with a passion for community health. Must be willing to work on-site in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco , including potential weekend shifts as required by operational needs.
