Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements focused on innovation, digital transformation, and strategic renewal. Develop and implement cutting-edge innovation strategies and frameworks. Assess emerging technologies and market trends to identify growth opportunities for clients. Guide clients through digital transformation journeys, from strategy to execution. Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and strategic planning meetings. Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in innovation. Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation management, digital transformation consulting, or strategic advisory roles. Proven track record of successfully leading transformative initiatives and fostering innovation. Deep understanding of digital technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, Big Data) and their business applications. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for this role.
