Magna International Inc. in Saltillo, Mexico, is seeking a senior leader to head purchasing for the Magna Exteriors group. The role requires direct and indirect purchasing experience, strategic supplier negotiation, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English is required and automotive industry exposure is a plus. The successful candidate will oversee procurement strategies, supplier contracts, and cost optimization while aligning with Magna's global standards and project

Formación

• Requisitos Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Internacional, Negocios o carrera afín.
• Experiencia mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo dentro del área de Compras.
• Experiencia comprobable en compras directas e indirectas.
• Experiencia comprobable en compras indirectas y liderando equipo de trabajos.
• Dominio en negociación con proveedores estratégicos y gestión de contratos.
• Deseable experiencia en industria automotriz.
• Inglés avanzado y fluido.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee purchasing leadership for Magna Exteriors group in Mexico and manage direct and indirect procurement.
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations and contract management with key suppliers.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support a division focused on exterior automotive components for global markets.

Job Responsibilities
