Magna International is seeking a supervisor to lead the paint department in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily paint operations, manage team performance, and contribute to efficient production in a global company.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the paint department. Reviews work performance of pressroom personnel and makes recommendations regarding future work assignments and wage rate adjustments.
