HL Mando Corporation Mexico seeks a qualified lawyer to join our Legal Department as Counsel. You will conduct research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and labor law matters and assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial agreements.

You will prepare corporate documents, maintain corporate records, support due diligence, and manage contract execution on digital platforms while monitoring regulatory developments and coordinating with internal teams.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience working at a law firm or as in-house counsel.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and labor law matters.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing supply, construction, logistics, service and in general commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Prepare corporate documents, including board and shareholders' resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate records.
• Maintain corporate books and legal files.
• Assist with legal due diligence and document collection.
• Support contract management and document execution processes in digital platforms.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments, licenses, permits.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing legal memoranda and presentations.
• Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the Legal Department.
