Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting research, and supporting compliance initiatives.

We are seeking a bilingual Legal & Compliance Analyst. This role will assist in contract management, implementing strategic compliance, ethics, legal and risk prevention programs, coordinating with external counsel, collaborating with technical, financial and operational teams to ensure all activities align with our compliance policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in legal and compliance matters within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Support

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, SPAs, DSAs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Support corporate governance processes, including document filing and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with external counsel on specific legal matters.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Help implement and monitor compliance programs, including policies and procedures.
• Assist in compliance risk assessments for land acquisition.
• Support due diligence processes for third-party vendors and business partners.
• Monitor regulatory developments in energy, environmental, and corporate compliance.
• Contribute to training initiatives on compliance topics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in law (4 years of experience)
• Experience in compliance or renewable energy is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (most of our work is in English).
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
