Edgewell Personal Care in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Quality & Process Specialist to monitor safety, quality, training and continuous improvement across production systems. You will coordinate corrective actions when variances occur and ensure ISO-aligned practices in the value chain.

Responsibilities include generating performance reports, supporting packaging validation for new products, publishing Standard Work, and monitoring cycle times and machine capacity to maintain cost

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corrective or preventive actions.
• Knowledge of ISO systems and GMP in manufacturing.
• Experience creating and publishing Standard Work documents.

Responsabilités

• Generate reports on safety, quality, and operations to monitor value chain performance.
• Coordinate with Packaging and Industrial Engineering to validate new products in the value chain.
• Review packaging before launch of new products.
• Issue and publish Standard Work and other ISO-controlled documents.
• Monitor cycle times and machine capacity to ensure cost compliance.
• Oversee proper functioning of the quality system and GMP practices.

Job Objectives

Monitor and support the proper implementation and performance of safety, quality, training, continuous improvement, and production systems, coordinating corrective or preventive actions when a discrepancy is detected between planned and actual results.

Job Functions

• Generates reports with information on safety, quality, operations, projects, etc., to monitor the performance of value chain indicators and communicates them to management.
• Coordinates with the Packaging and Industrial Engineering functions to validate the development and implementation of new products in the value chain.
• Reviews packaging before the launch of new products at ENERNET.
• Responsible for the issuance and publication of Standard Work and other documents controlled by ISO systems in each work cell.
• Monitors cycle times and machine capacity to ensure cost compliance.
• Oversees the proper functioning of the quality system and good manufacturing practices within the value chain.
