Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking an OpEx and IE Technician II to support productivity and economic efficiency in the production area using industrial engineering methods. You will assist with data collection, capacity planning, and process optimization under ergonomic and value-added considerations.

You will contribute to lean implementations, cooperate with the OE team, and help establish reliable data for costing and improvement initiatives across assembly, preproduction, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Professional education or diploma in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience applying Lean tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Intermediate English for cross functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist implementation of tools and methods with OE team to ensure consistency.
• Support the plant improvement plan and track progress for assigned area.
• Inspect production areas to identify improvement potentials and perform cause analysis.
• Prepare improvement suggestions and act as interface to CIP.
• Plan and support small improvement projects following HA processes and systems.
