Job summary

FORVIA HELLA in Irapuato, Mexico, seeks an OpEx and IE Technician II to improve productivity and economic efficiency in the assigned production area using industrial engineering methods, ergonomic analysis, and data-driven work design.

You will support Lean production initiatives, participate in improvement projects, check routings in SAP/eM-Planner, and contribute to capacity planning and costing, applying MTM and REFA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Intermediate English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and harmonizing OE tools across plant locations.
• Check routings in system for correctness to ensure accurate wage and costing data.
• Support capacity planning and data gathering for calculation and wage payment.
