Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a culture aligned to Great Place To Work values and safety standards.
• Lead teams to meet PSQDCC targets and deploy the Lean Operating Model.
• Develop and empower team members, provide coaching to close performance gaps.
• Ensure daily management and standardized work practices across the zone.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders to optimize overall area performance.
