Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Continuous Improvement/OPEX professional for our Mexicali site at Blvd Venustiano Carranza #238. Onsite role focusing on Lean, value stream mapping, and project execution to deliver measurable improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

You will analyze data, lead cross-functional CI initiatives, mentor teams in Lean Sigma, and collaborate with HR, EHS & Quality to sustain an operational excellence culture at Collins Aerospace Mexicali.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years of OPEX experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools on shop floor and functional environments.
• Experience with advanced project management and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement plans to map current to future state using lean methods.
• Coordinate continuous improvement tasks within Value Stream/BU.
• Mentor and apply Lean Sigma methodologies across the department.
• Collaborate with HR, EHS & Quality on CI initiatives.
• Lead training and policy deployment activities.
