The role requires 3–5 years in industrial engineering or continuous improvement, experience with time and motion studies, and advanced English.

About the role

As a Specialist, Industrial Engineering, you will drive productivity and operational efficiency by analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities. You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, optimize layouts and workstations, and support waste reduction efforts. This role focuses on delivering measurable cost savings, improving production performance, and enhancing overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
