Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Specialist, Industrial Engineering to drive productivity by analyzing manufacturing processes and leading Lean initiatives. You will optimize layouts, improve workstation efficiency, and support waste reduction to deliver measurable cost savings and enhanced operational excellence.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial engineering or continuous improvement, experience with Lean Manufacturing projects, and proficiency in time and motion studies; Lean Six
Formación
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
- Participation in Lean Manufacturing projects.
- Experience in time and motion studies.
- Advanced English
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred)
Responsabilidades
- Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Design and optimize layouts and workstations.
- Increase productivity of production lines.
- Reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
- Generate annual savings through continuous improvement projects.
