Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyze operations, design efficient production workflows, and reduce manufacturing inefficiencies using lean tools. You’ll support new product introductions by creating and maintaining procedures and standard methods.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering and 3+ years in production environments, with fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Fluent English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design flow systems to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Analyze and design cell operations and workflow sequences for efficiency.
• Lead lean process implementation in workstations to reduce inventory and lead times.
• Support introduction of new products via procedures, methods, and standards.
• Train personnel on production operations and promote safety and quality.
• Develop value stream maps and eliminate process waste with lean techniques.
• Assist facilities engineers in planning and design of facilities.
• Identify opportunities for productivity and cost avoidance through capacity analysis.
