Leigh & Co. Events is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator to manage on-site wedding planning for the 2026 season. The role requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and event staff to ensure flawless execution from setup to breakdown.

Training is provided; pay is per project for 10–12 hours, with scheduling flexibility and a focus on weekend assignments in Mexico. On-site leadership is essential for a calm, client-centered experience.

Formación

• 2 years of experience as wedding or event planner.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before wedding to confirm logistics and timeline.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal the day before wedding and manage timing and cues.
• Act as main on-site contact for couple and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup per design and playbook.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Greet and direct vendors and communicate setup instructions clearly.
• Coordinate placement of escort cards, menus, and décor elements.
• Support wedding party and family with guidance and timing cues.
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
