EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead UI Artist to define the visual character of digital products. You will work hands-on with designers and engineers to deliver unified visuals across platforms, building striking UI that players connect with.

You have 5+ years in UI art, at least 1 year leading teams, and a strong portfolio in UI/UX, texturing, and icon design. Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, typography, and layout is essential for this role.

Formación

• Five-plus years of practical UI art experience, preferably in gaming.
• At least one year leading and managing teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, texturing, and icon development.
• Hands-on Unreal Engine 5 experience including UMG, Slate, and Material Editor.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Responsabilidades

• Convert UX wireframes into refined mockups, prototypes, design systems, and style guides using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Develop final UI artwork in Unreal Editor with UMG and widget animation.
• Build unified design systems for menus, HUDs, icons, shaders, and UI motion.
• Create new material effects, 2D/animated visuals, and basic Blueprint logic.
• Optimize UI assets for PC, console, and mobile with accessibility in mind.
• Maintain organized UI asset libraries and up-to-date style guides.
