EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead UI Artist to shape the visual identity of immersive digital products. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver unified visuals across PC, console, and mobile.

Responsibilities include turning UX wireframes into refined mockups, building design systems, creating materials and shaders in Unreal Engine 5, and ensuring performance with typography and layout.

Formación

• Five-plus years of UI Artist experience in gaming or related field.
• At least one year leading and managing teams.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX visual design, texturing, and icon development.
• Hands-on UI development in Unreal Engine 5 (UMG, Slate, Material Editor).
• Proficiency with industry-standard art tools and typography.

Responsabilidades

• Convert UX wireframes into refined mockups, prototypes, design systems, and style guides using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Realize final UI artwork in Unreal Editor, including UMG configuration and widget animation.
• Build and maintain unified design systems for menus, HUDs, icons, materials, shaders, and UI motion.
• Create new material effects, 2D/animated visuals, and basic Blueprint logic.
• Ensure UI assets perform well across PC, console, and mobile with accessibility and localization in mind.
• Keep UI asset libraries and style guides organized and up to date.
