GE Vernova is seeking a Systems Integration Leader to drive cross-disciplinary programs for aeroderivative gas turbine packages. You will define work scopes, perform system trades, and manage budgets and schedules while coordinating with engineering, commercial, and supply chain teams.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 6+ years in gas turbine/controls, and strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior leadership and deliver complex projects.

Formación

• BS in Engineering with at least 6 years of gas turbine/controls experience.
• Strong knowledge of gas turbine accessories and controls.
• Experience with Aeroderivative product development.
• Ability to interface across the organization with multiple levels and partner organizations.
• Proven track record delivering results in a complex and dynamic business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with cross-discipline teams to develop program plans meeting technical, production, and business requirements.
• Translate product requirements into documented technical requirements for the engineering team.
• Lead execution with engineering teams to deliver on time and within budget for the defined scope.
• Resolve system-level technical issues and perform trade studies to meet CTQ requirements.
• Define scope, schedule, cost, and risk plans for package proposals outside quoting limits.
• Communicate clearly across engineering, commercial, and supply chain organizations.
• Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews with leadership.
• Provide timely communication and recommendations on significant issues to senior leadership.
