Sequoia Connect is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end digital transformation projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, define objectives, and manage risks across multiple streams, utilizing Dataverse, PowerApps and Power BI within an Azure-based environment.

The role requires strong governance, data security awareness, and excellent analytical skills, with fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with global stakeholders.

We are currently searching for a Lead Technical Program Manager:

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks for the organization.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams, proactively identifying signals before incidents occur.
• Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
• Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling and flows).
• Expertise in PowerApps (custom application development).
• Advanced Power BI skills (reporting, dashboards, and DAX ).
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desired

• Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Background in Business Intelligence (BI).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
