We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer to join our team and support global projects. This is a nearshore opportunity for professionals located in Mexico who want to collaborate with international clients and work in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver scalable applications.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, usability, and long-term maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background working with SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across different time zones (PST alignment).
• Prior experience delivering solutions for enterprise-level clients is a plus.
