WeWork Reforma Latino in Mexico City is building a Site Reliability Engineering center and seeks a Lead SRE to own the reliability of batch settlement systems that process payment transactions across on-prem data centers and AWS. You will work with UK engineers, enhance automation, observability, and resilience of settlement platforms.

The role requires deep SRE experience, strong debugging skills, and experience with Java, Python, Go, and cloud-native tech including AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift,

Formación

• Professional English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years in SRE, production operations, or reliability engineering.
• DevOps engineering experience required; internship experience does not apply.
• Experience with cloud-native tech and container orchestration.
• Unix/Linux administration and networking knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability for batch settlement systems and ensure cycle windows are met.
• Partner with UK-based engineers to understand domain specifics and SLAs.
• Participate in incident management and implement durable fixes.
