Capital One Technology Labs Mexico seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of batch settlement platforms in a hybrid on-prem/AWS environment. You’ll drive automation, observability, and compliance, partnering with UK teams to ensure SLAs and regulatory readiness.

The role requires 6+ years in SRE/reliability, strong DevOps skills, and proficiency in Java/Python/Go. Expect collaboration across global teams and a mix of on-prem and cloud workloads.

Formación

• Professional English fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in SRE/production operations or reliability engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability for batch settlement systems.
• Ensure cycle completion windows and data integrity.
• Build and improve observability for settlement pipelines.
• Automate operational toil (cert rotation, environment provisioning, compliance artifacts).
• Partner with UK-based engineers on compliance windows and SLA adherence.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to regulatory readiness for SOX/PCI-DSS.
