FXC Intelligence in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the technical direction of a high-impact data product used by major institutions. You will guide a team across Go services and a React/TypeScript frontend, driving architecture, quality, and delivery.

You will lead engineers, collaborate with Product, and ensure robust, observable systems deployed in Docker. This role emphasizes mentorship, code quality, and shipping impactful features for customers.

Formación

• Experience leading a software engineering team and mentoring engineers.
• Proficiency building Go services and web backends.
• Front-end UI with React/TypeScript.
• Experience deploying in Docker containers.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and clean code.
