FXC Intelligence is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Golang/TypeScript/React) to own the technical direction of a high-impact, customer-facing product. You will lead a team of engineers, design robust Golang microservices, and build frontend interfaces in React/TypeScript.

The role is remote with periodic in-person meet-ups for Mexico-based teams. You will collaborate with Product and Technology to translate roadmaps into actionable work, improve observability, and drive engineering standards

Formación

Line manage a team, coaching them to reach your level of expertise.
Write Golang services and web app backends, and deploy them in Docker containers.
Write performant SQL.
Build beautiful, componentised application frontends in React/TypeScript.
Understand clean code principles and the language idioms of TypeScript and Go, experience reviewing code using these principles and establishing team quality standards.
Learn and engage with a new business domain and product.
Communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical people.
Talk about how you learn and improve your skills.

Responsabilidades

Take technical ownership of high-impact, customer-facing product.
Influence, coach and line-manage the engineering team.
Translate roadmap into actionable tasks and provide delivery visibility.
Design, develop, test, maintain and enhance Golang microservices and frontend applications.
Deliver performant interfaces driven by our design system for customers.
