Elsevier in Mexico City is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to establish and guide a newly formed squad overseeing a critical module of our globally used SaaS platform in healthcare education.

You will provide day-to-day technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and partner with Engineering Managers and global teams to scale delivery and ensure high-quality software delivery across time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience leading software engineering teams in production SaaS environments.
• Strong experience with Angular, Ruby on Rails, and AWS in SaaS contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a cross-functional squad in Mexico.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring for engineers.
• Own technical direction and influence architecture and design decisions.
