SwiftCruit is looking for a Software Engineering Lead in Mexico to establish and guide a newly formed engineering squad responsible for a core module within a healthcare SaaS product. This role blends technical and people leadership, supporting complex production challenges while mentoring engineers.

Formación

• Solid experience in software engineering in production environments.
• Proven track record leading and developing engineers, including direct reports.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on technical contribution.

• Build and lead a new cross-functional squad in Mexico.
• Own technical direction, influencing architecture and design decisions.
• Unblock complex production challenges and support troubleshooting.
