Amazon is seeking a Software Development Manager in Mexico City to lead a dynamic Devices Sales and Customer Experience tech team. You will own end‑to‑end technical delivery, set architectural direction, and grow engineering talent in a fast‑paced environment.

You will partner with product and business stakeholders to drive innovative, scalable systems and a culture of inclusion and excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of engineering team leadership experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience defining and delivering multi‑tier web services.
• Knowledge of full software development life cycle practices.

Responsabilidades

• Team Management: hire, retain, mentor, and develop engineers.
• Architectural Oversight: drive design and operational support for key tools.
• Risk Assessment: communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Project Communication: manage deliverables and cross‑team collaboration.
• Standards & Processes: set high standards for quality and execution.
