AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, is looking for a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide the testing strategy across the full product release cycle.

You will collaborate with PM, UX, and Engineering, lead automation efforts (UI, API, performance), and mentor teams while ensuring holistic quality and strong written and verbal communication.

We offer flextime with remote and office options, USD-based compensation, and opportunities to work on Fortune 500 projects.

Qualifications

6+ years in software QA
6+ years automated testing (UI, API, Performance)
5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (Auth, platforms, infra)
3+ years testing data science models/AI evals
Upper-intermediate English proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication

Responsabilités

Build regression automation scripts
Manual testing for validation
Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance testing
Record detailed feature behavior documentation
Record pass/fail criteria and link to bugs
Identify and escalate quality risks
Collaborate with product team to ensure quality across SDLC
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback
Estimate effort during refinement
Use Github to maintain automation repositories and scripts
Participate in On-Call rotation
