AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide testing across the full product release cycle. You will own test strategy, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams.

You will design and implement automated tests for UI, API, data-heavy workflows, and ML/model validation. Strong communication and a holistic quality mindset are essential in this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software QA building with PM, UX, and Eng.
• 6+ years in automated testing (UI, API, Performance).
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (auth, platforms, infra).
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals.

Responsabilités

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manually validate software against defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests and more.
• Record detailed feature behavior and pass/fail criteria.
• Escalate risks to quality of product or process.
• Collaborate with product to ensure quality throughout SDLC.
