Clarios, LLC seeks a requirements engineering professional to lead cross-functional product development through rigorous requirements management and traceability.

You will gather and reconcile customer needs, define performance predictions, and mentor teams on requirements processes to ensure alignment with internal and external standards. The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering functions, safety considerations, and RFQ/RFI support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field (proven industry experience).
• Technical Master's degree (thesis track or equivalent) in related field with some industry experience.
• Scientifically relevant Ph.D. from a technically rigorous program with limited industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gather customer and stakeholder requirements, standards, safety, and product deliverables.
• Manage and analyze requirements, map, categorize, prioritize, and reconcile demands.
• Provide performance predictions and recommendations from data and modelling tools.
• Transfer requirements into and out of the system with traceability and working docs.
• Validate requirements with product teams and set up sign-off documents per gates.
• Predict future requirements to support next-gen product programs.
• Support RFQ/RFI processes with compliance analysis and requirement transfers.
• Support standardization activities and safety-related requirements in analysis.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in related field

Technical Master's degree (thesis track or equivalent)

Scientifically relevant Ph.D. from a technically rigorous program
