EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to shape end-to-end data governance and exploration platform features, from frontend to backend.

You will deliver scalable web experiences, guide engineering practices, and ensure reliable delivery. Responsibilities include building responsive interfaces, API services, and optimizing performance under production workloads, with collaboration across product, design, and data engineering teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with Python
• Strong experience with FastAPI, ReactJS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on AWS experience for deploying and operating applications
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving code quality
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Responsabilidades

• Design responsive web interfaces using modern UI/UX practices
• Build and maintain server-side services and APIs for core platform capabilities
• Collaborate with product, design, and data engineering teams to integrate components
• Write clean, well-documented code aligned with standards
• Provide technical guidance and unblock the team during delivery
