You will lead high-impact engineering initiatives across the product lifecycle, focusing on Quick Disconnect Couplings, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, product management, and global teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related engineering.
• Experience in product or manufacturing engineering within industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering analysis, problem-solving, testing, and documentation.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex engineering initiatives for existing Specialty Fluid Conveyance products.
• Define geometry, materials, sealing concepts, and technical specifications with calculations.
• Coordinate prototypes, testing, and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Apply advanced tools and problem-solving to improve reliability.
• Manage multiple projects with clear communication and milestones.
