Kavak is seeking a senior product designer to lead the Core App experience across discovery, shopping, ownership, and re-engagement in a hybrid Mexico City environment. You will shape an AI-powered, end-to-end customer journey that unifies buying, financing, ownership, and post-purchase interactions into a seamless product.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, AI, and leadership to raise product craft, define interaction patterns, and evolve Kavak’s customer

Formación

• 7+ years designing complex consumer products across mobile and web.
• Ability to simplify large, multi-step customer journeys into intuitive experiences.

• Deep understanding of product discovery, customer research, experimentation, analytics, and iterative product development.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end evolution of the Core App experience across acquisition, shopping, purchase, ownership, retention, and re-engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement through customer research, experimentation, behavioral analytics, and product metrics.
• Identify opportunities for both incremental improvements and larger product innovations that simplify customer journeys.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, AI, and business leaders to prioritize opportunities with the greatest customer and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with designers across all product verticals to create one cohesive customer experience, ensuring consistency across journeys while respecting individual product goals.
• Define interaction patterns, navigation, information architecture, and reusable experience frameworks that scale across the ecosystem.
• Create high-quality interaction design, visual design, prototypes, and production-ready specifications.
• Use customer insights, experimentation and data to validate hypotheses and measure success.
• Help evolve Kavak’s AI-first customer experience by designing experiences that intelligently combine human support, automation, and conversational interfaces.
• Champion design excellence through strong systems thinking, exceptional visual craftsmanship, and thoughtful interaction design.
• Influence product strategy by identifying future customer needs and emerging experience opportunities.

We request the incorporation of 1 senior profile with a high degree of autonomy, omnichannel e-commerce, systems thinking, strong AI focus, and deep business understanding to accelerate our transformation from a transactional company to a relational omni-channel company, scaling our capabilities through automation, personalization, and design efficiency.

Own the evolution of the Kavak Core App Experience, creating a seamless, intuitive, and beautiful customer journey across the entire lifecycle—from first discovery through purchase, ownership, retention, and future transactions.

This role sits at the center of the product organization, partnering across every vertical to ensure customers experience one coherent Kavak rather than a collection of independent products. You’ll combine deep product thinking, customer research, experimentation, data, and exceptional craft to continuously raise the quality of the experience while helping define the future vision of the app.

• Strong visual design sensibility with a passion for interaction design, motion, and modern consumer product aesthetics.
• Highly proficient in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design, research, content generation, and exploration.
• Curious, humble, highly autonomous, and energized by ambiguity.
