You will evaluate equipment for new lines and ensure process documentation is compliant and current. Strong English and project-management skills are required to drive innovation and deliver results. Responsibilities include reviewing capacity against demand, initiating new technologies, and collaborating with teams

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Experience in tool design and programming of automated equipment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general projects related to machinery, line improvements, or new product introductions.
• Review line capacity against customer demand requirements.
• Evaluate equipment for new production lines.
• Review process documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Initiate innovation projects and adopt new technologies.
• Create efficient layouts for production flow.
• Review part numbers for system entry.
• Analyze and track objectives related to machinery improvements.
• Analyze, evaluate, and design machinery to optimize production.
