Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Mexico City is hiring a Principal Business Analyst to lead end-to-end business analysis for the Tetra science platform.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into user stories, validate solutions, and oversee testing and sign-off processes. The role emphasizes working with product management, handling complex data models, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in Business Analysis
• 5+ years in Lean/Agile environments
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in enterprise data
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary functional interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Review configuration issues and data model changes and assess complexity
• Own the full closure sequence for gated requests including testing and sign-off
• Collaborate with Product Backlog Review Council for enhancements
• Partner with Dev Specialists on data model changes and reporting fixes
• Coordinate end-user validation and functional testing
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Document software specifications and business requirements
