Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is launching an ICC in Mexico City and seeks a Principal Business Analyst to lead end-to-end business analysis for the Tetra science platform.
You will partner with product management, delivery teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, validate user stories, and drive testing and sign-off across multiple systems. Ideal candidates bring extensive BA experience in life sciences, strong Agile fluency, and excellent communication skills in English.
Formación
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- 5+ years in a Lean/Agile development environment.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work across multiple systems and document data flows.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Own review of configuration issues and data model changes.
- Manage the full closure sequence for gated requests including testing and sign-off.
- Co-present enhancements to the Product Backlog Review Council.
- Collaborate with Dev Specialists on data model changes and reporting fixes.
- Execute functional testing and coordinate end-user validation.
- Operate in a post-go-live support environment with ITSM awareness.
