EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Operational Intelligence Engineer to supervise large-scale observability platforms, drive incidents, and steer strategic platform upgrades. You will mentor teams and collaborate across vendors to deliver resilient, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes Elastic Stack mastery, IaC automation, and advanced data processing. English communication is essential for cross-border collaboration and technical writing.

Formación

• 5+ years in Operational Intelligence with leadership in large-scale observability platforms.
• Proven ability to architect and manage Elastic clusters in multi-cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of Elastic Stack components: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee availability, performance, and security of observability and search platforms to meet SLAs.
• Provide technical leadership during incidents and on-call resolutions.
• Develop platform documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on installations and upgrades.
• Lead enhancements of platform features and self-service capabilities, including Elastic Synthetics and chargeback automation.
• Architect proof-of-concepts for AI-driven observability and data processing models.
