EPAM Systems, a leading global digital platform engineering company, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to streamline the SDLC by automating build, test, and release processes. You will collaborate with developers to bridge code to deployment, delivering high-quality software rapidly, securely, and reliably.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, leverage IaC tools, and promote secure, scalable deployments while guiding and growing a talented DevOps team across projects.

Formación

• 5+ years in modern web development with a focus on building user-facing features.
• ≥1 year leading and managing development teams.
• Proven experience as a DevOps/Build/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines.
• Strong cloud familiarity: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid Docker & Kubernetes/ECS experience.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong communication; English C1+.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Use Terraform/Ansible to provision cloud environments.
• Ensure parity between local and cloud deployments.
• Automate deployments and rollbacks with minimal user disruption.
• Integrate security scanning and compliance into pipelines.
• Promote a security-first culture throughout development.
