Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Proven experience as a Scheduler.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects or programs within a technical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to foster common goals and commitments among team members.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Primavera).
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: Work within GE Vernova Policies and Procedures, standards.
• Technical Execution: Act as a reliable scheduling contributor using established processes.
• Process Contribution: Support creation and execution of schedules across technology areas.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with peers to ensure scheduling maturity across Gas Power.
• Technical Guidance: Provide scheduling guidance and train junior team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve scheduling processes using LEAN and tool updates.
• Strategy Support: Participate in scheduling growth initiatives with leadership.
• Project Management: Manage tasks and programs, monitor schedule, budget, quality.
• Data Analysis: Prepare and present technical data for decisions.
• Quality Commitment: Monitor KPIs and scheduling quality.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate when needed.
