Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead planning for industrial infrastructure projects in Querétaro. You will build and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, develop performance curves, and coordinate with multiple teams to capture progress and risks. You will prepare bilingual executive reports and drive schedule recovery when needed.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial scheduling, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong communication for client reviews and PMO alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years scheduling experience on industrial infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for documentation and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, critical paths, risks, and executive communications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-driven decision making in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update integrated schedules for industrial infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain S-curves to monitor progress and performance.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering and supplier teams to capture progress and changes.
• Identify critical paths, risks, bottlenecks, and delays; support informed decisions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports in Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams, field supervisors, and PMO to align planning and execution.
• Participate in project reviews with clients, presenting status, deviations, risks, and corrective actions.
• Apply LEAN Construction, Scrum, Agile, or PMP principles to improve planning and execution.
• Lead schedule recovery plans when delays occur; coordinate actions to restore progress.
• Ensure milestones and billing dates are met; act as liaison between execution teams and executives.
