OPmobility is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead industrial projects for lighting, painting, and decoration lines in Monterrey. You will coordinate equipment design, installation, and startup, while driving quality, efficiency, and cost control across plants.

You will manage supplier interactions, CAPEX planning, and training of production teams, ensuring projects meet specifications and budgets in a dynamic automotive environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree related to the field.
• Knowledge of Antifog & Hard Coating process for Lighting & Decoration is required.
• Experience with Automated Paint & Decoration Line designs is required.
• Understanding automotive OEM requirements and specs is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate construction/expansion of manufacturing facilities and equipment startup.
• Lead projects for Painting & Decoration lines.
• Ensure liquid application and robotics commissioning meets quality targets.
• Support OEE and scrap optimization across plants.
