OP Mobility seeks a hands-on Engineering Leader to drive the design, installation and startup of painting and decoration production lines across our facilities. You will lead industrial projects, optimize processes, manage CAPEX, and collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced automotive environment.

A background in antifog and hard coating processes, strong project management, and skilled use of AutoCAD/MS Project is essential.

Formación

• Engineering degree related to the field.
• Knowledge of Antifog & Hard Coating process industry—Lighting & Decoration.
• Knowledge of automated Paint & Decoration Line designs and installation.
• Knowledge of automotive OEM customer requirements & specifications.
• Strong computer software skills (Windows, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Tools).
• Ability to interface with customers, suppliers & associates.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relations.
• Leadership and team playing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate construction/expansion of manufacturing facilities and startup of new production equipment.
• Lead industrial projects related to Painting & Decoration lines.
• Ensure liquid application and robotics commissioning activities meet quality and performance targets.
• Support OEE and scrap convergence and lead optimization in coating processes.
• Lead productivity improvement projects and test/validate new application methods.
• Define best liquid application parameters and develop standards and training.
