Bombardier Aerospace Mexico is seeking a Job Leader, Methods to oversee the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of production and service processes. You will optimize workflows, allocate resources, and drive KPIs, leading Lean, Six Sigma, and end-to-end improvement projects in a dynamic industrial environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field), a P.Eng.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, if applicable.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of production and service processes
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operating methods to enhance efficiency
• Establish, track, and drive performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify optimization opportunities and lead end-to-end improvement projects
• Promote a culture of operational excellence across teams and functions
• Lead, develop, and engage a team of engineers and technical professionals
• Set clear individual and team objectives and ensure performance follow-up
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver industrial engineering projects on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
