Job summary

AgileEngine in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and lead GenAI workflows that automate cloud security policies and remediation. You will architect AI solutions using RAG, vector databases, and LLM APIs, and drive policy and IaC integration across Terraform modules and Rego rules.

You will also provide technical leadership for the Cloud Security Tooling team, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI-enabled security

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering on public cloud
• 2+ years with IaC and deployment pipelines
• 2+ years developing agentic models using RAG and vector databases
• Technical leadership in a global organization
• Mentoring engineers in a distributed follow-the-sun model

Responsibilities

• Architect Generative AI workflows using RAG, vector DBs, and LLM APIs
• Oversee AI-enabled drift detection, discovery, and remediation acceleration
• Generate and validate Terraform modules and Rego policies for CI/CD pipelines
• Lead the Cloud Security Tooling team's AI enablement initiatives
