EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer to architect, develop, and manage agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as part of a contact center transformation. You will build multi-agent workflows, craft prompt designs, and ensure scalable deployments with AWS serverless tools.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering positions.
• A minimum of one year of experience leading and overseeing teams.
• Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock for creating and launching generative AI applications.
• Demonstrated background in generative AI/LLM development, including prompt design and foundation model integration.
• Track record of constructing agentic, multi-agent workflows for autonomous tasks.
• Advanced Python skills for building ML/AI applications.
• Strong grasp of AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
• Strong English communication abilities (B2 level or above).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build multi-agent workflows on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to coordinate complex operations.
• Develop agentic AI systems leveraging tool use, memory handling, and orchestration techniques.
• Craft prompt engineering approaches and context assembly for production environments.
• Integrate agentic AI with Amazon Connect contact center workflows for automation.
• Build LLM-driven applications using Bedrock foundation models for robust features.
• Construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and knowledge base connections.
• Create and deploy conversational AI experiences for customer-facing platforms.
• Establish guardrails, safety, and compliance protocols for responsible AI usage.
• Roll out solutions via AWS serverless offerings (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
• Develop evaluation frameworks to monitor model and prompt performance.
• Set up observability tools and optimize cost and latency in live environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and refine solutions.
