EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico is seeking an AI leader to build and drive an AI Center of Excellence, defining the enterprise vision, standards, and governance for responsible AI adoption across the organization.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions, set governance for tools, tokens, and policies, and create playbooks and training to accelerate AI maturity while reporting metrics to leadership.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience with AI development lifecycle and governance.
• 1+ years leading enterprise AI programs.
• Strong leadership to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive standards adoption.
• Experience with enterprise governance: access provisioning, policy enforcement, guardrails.

Responsabilidades

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the AI Center of Excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on AI standards, best practices, and success measures.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services for policy and regulatory alignment.
