TagWizz seeks a Lead Game Developer to drive and refine our game projects across Mobile, PC, Console, and Streaming. You will shape architecture, guide engineering, and collaborate with design and art teams to deliver polished experiences.

The role requires broad CS knowledge, a passion for games, and excellence in C#, C++, and Unity, with strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential.

Formación

• Strong game development experience across UI, gameplay, AI, networking, tooling.
• Experience with 2D/3D art integration pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of C#, C++, and Unity.
• Understanding of multithreading, native development (Android, iOS) and design patterns.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs (Firebase, Amplitude, Helpshift).
• Experience creating native Unity plugins.
• Experience in profiling and debugging.
• Versatility across genres and platforms (Mobile, PC, Console, Streaming).
• Ability to lead a team and handle pressure.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve our games and internal tools.
• Choose and adapt third party tools, libraries, and APIs.
• Ideate and implement robust architecture solutions.
• Propose new techniques and ensure good programming practices are adopted by the team.
• Perform project estimates, create plannings and define assignations.
• Help in the recruitment of new team members, assist, and teach them when needed.
• Help in the debug and optimization of our games.
