Baker Hughes Gruppe seeks a recent engineering graduate for the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program in Ciudad Del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico. The program blends classroom learning with hands-on field experience to build technical and leadership capabilities.

You will train through boots, work with experienced engineers, and travel to support customer operations worldwide while progressing through competency-based milestones toward graduation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering obtained within the last 12 months.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on rotation schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured bootcamps, field training, and competency development.
• Support field operations and customer operations in live environments.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment and services.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe and successful execution of work.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required by rotations.
• Progress through competency levels and complete milestones for graduation.
