Capgemini Mexico is seeking a senior data warehouse engineer to lead support, enhancement, and operational stability of enterprise data warehouse platforms used for banking analytics. You will mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable data delivery.

This on-site role in the Mexico City area involves guiding incident management, RCA, and cloud modernization across GCP, AWS, and Azure, with a focus on performance, security, and governance.

Formación

• 10 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL operations.
• Expertise with DataStage, DB2, BigQuery and cloud data platforms.
• Strong Python and PySpark data processing.
• Experience leading incident management and RCA.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational support for ETL and Data Warehouse environments.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Review solution designs and support implementation activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coach engineering teams and establish operational best practices.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Ensure governance and change management processes are followed.

Your role

Lead the support, enhancement, and operational stability of enterprise data warehouse platforms supporting critical banking products and analytics workloads. Responsible for technical leadership, incident management, platform reliability, and mentoring engineering teams.

• Lead operational support for ETL and Data Warehouse environments.

• Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security.
