Capgemini es un socio global en transformación empresarial y tecnológica, buscando un responsable de soporte operacional para entornos ETL y Data Warehouse. LiderARás la resolución de incidentes y RCA, asegurarás rendimiento y seguridad, y colaborarás con equipos técnicos y de negocio para impulsar mejoras y modernización en la nube.

La posición exige experiencia en DataStage, DB2, Python y herramientas asociadas, con capacidad de coaching y cumplimiento de gobernanza de datos. UBICACIÓN México.

Formación

• Experiencia en operaciones de ETL y Data Warehouse.
• Capacidad de gestión de incidentes y análisis de causa raíz.
• Conocimiento de plataformas en la nube (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Liderar soporte operativo para entornos ETL y Data Warehouse.
• Impulsar resolución de incidentes, RCA y acciones preventivas.
• Garantizar estabilidad, rendimiento, escalabilidad y seguridad de la plataforma.
• Revisar diseños de soluciones y apoyar implementations.
• Colaborar con stakeholders de negocio y técnico.
• Formar a equipos de ingeniería y establecer buenas prácticas operativas.
• Apoyar iniciativas de modernización en la nube (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Asegurar cumplimiento de gobernanza, controles de datos y gestión de cambios.
